I found the breakfast to be a great start to the day with many options. the staff were efficient and quick. I saw they kept everything clean. i appreciated the room size and comfort, especially after a long journey. the hotel's overall cleanliness was evident.
the room temperature was slightly warmer than i prefer.

The hotel is convenient for travelers driving north or south. I noticed easy access to major roads. the surrounding area was quiet and safe, a bonus. there was ample parking available at the hotel.

my standard king room included a comfortable bed and basic amenities, as expected. i had enough space to work and relax, and the room was well-kept. the bathroom was clean, and the shower worked effectively.

The staff seemed very helpful. Breakfast was good and gave a variety of cereals, breads, preserves and juice. I found complimentary tea and coffee available all day and night. This was very appreciated.
The night manager told us we didn't need more pillows. The attitude was very poor, in my opinion. I don't appreciate being told what my needs are. I think she should have been friendlier.

The pillows were just too soft for me. i also wished they had provided some biscuits to go with the coffee and tea. the drinks were too expensive. I paid £3.50 for a 500ml bottle of coke from the machine. there wasn't much private seating near the door.
